I'm so impressed by their quality of service in a place like Thoothukudi, which isn't really a tier 1 city or even a tier 2 city. The speed is great, and the customer support is awesome. There was a power cut and my modem was switched off for several hours today. The team called me to ask if my connectivity was working or if something was wrong. I think this level of attention to service is really amazing - I'm giving them five stars.
