Not as advertised on google maps. It’s not 300 rupees, but 1500 rupees. The man said he hasn’t worked with Oyo for a very long time. Don’t book with Oyo. I had other bad experiences with Oyo, they are very unreliable. Otherwise, it is a comfortable place to stay.

They have taken the money and did not allow for stay. AGODA vendor also not responding on email and thier call centre no not getting connected. SPOT ON 79711 Mussoorie View This property owner is one the worst. Do not do advance payment for this property if u booking to this property be ready for surprise. My experience is horrible with AGODA VENDOR AND THE PROPERTY OWNER. AGoda and Property owner take this review as reminder 01 Till u guys don't respond will keep writing U have spoiled my week get ready for reminders till u get fix my request.

Awful experience!!! To start off with, The owner of the house! He was an absolute money minded man who do not understand the H of Hospitality! I was charged half day tariff for checking in mere 2 hours early that too with occupancy not even at 50%. In addition, he made me run around early morning to get a covid negative certificate from max hospital which was appx 2 Kms away on foot that too after a tiresome and torrid journey without even allowing me to use the restroom to refresh. Yes you heard me right, he made me do that. I think, that should be enough for anyone to consider prior to booking to this property. And guess what, on the day of check out, he knocked my door at 1040 AM to tell me that it's my check out time. I got awake and told would need some time to freshen up. Demanded for extra charges for 1 hour late check out indeed, that's height of greed, it's rather treachery (for the lack of better word) isn't it! He offered me a twin bed to which I said I would like to have a room with king bed as I am single and wouldn't require two separate beds. The twin beds weren't even queen in size, there were more like single bed for a child. He moved me to another room without even a closet. Forget about home entertainment !!! There was no Breakfast despite the confirmation as per contract. This is not misleading rather CHEATING. There wasn't even a glass of water or a cutlery to make a guest comfortable. Only handwash soap was available in the name of toiletries. The Only plus point of this property is a location. It's a house turned into a SPOTON (Oyo). Strongly recommended to look elsewhere! Oyo should take some strict action against the property and owner for gross cheating and misleading!!!!
