Extremely rude and unprofessional response. And the lady who is sitting in the office is not even worth talking to.. It could take less than 15 mins to deliver the courier to my place as the service is from the same circle. That useless woman is asking to come and collect the courier. When I questioned her, she didn't even care to respond. All she said was come and collect the courier. People please be aware of this type of service and never vouch for ST courier. Instead try for Professional.

very worst service, they made consignment as out for delivery but not even contacting the receiver, actually they are not delivery any courier we have to pick from their hub, but they are earning like they delivered, please don't send any couriers on ST courier

they wont deliver even in Natrampalli and worst reponse and very bad service . They simply call and ask us to collect the parcel saying delivery person is on leave. use other couriers they deliver even out of natrampalli areas
