Booked 3 rooms about 15 days ago. When arrived at the hotel, they said they only have 2 available. Kept arguing about how we should've called him before coming (we did). He lied about not receiving our call and so on. Gave one room to a couple right in front of us (means they had a few in excess). Absolute trash experience. This place is going to be reported to the relevant authorities

this is not hotel.they just make some room thats it which is only for couples on hour basis.if u are with ur family never book this room.u feel horrible with ur whole journey also they are not entertaining OYO.they are not providing hotel's services and facilities.staff are rude and helpless also they are misleading every one with their room's pic.never book room with this hotel

Very very very bad experience, if you want to waste of money than only you have an Option to stay here.. If we booked from Oyo and go there for check in before an hour, manager asked for 500rs for early check-in for only 1 hour. Manager told me that "Sir, we have lots of bookings from online sources, you have to do early check-in for your booking confirmation, otherwise i have to give this room to another person who already is in waiting. I just asked him that i want to be fresh as i am tried with long travelling. He denied and said pay 500 Extra and this room will be yours for a day. The waiting area is so so so dirty. Mosquitoes 🦟🦗 welcome us. Room quality and cleaning is not so good as per the tarrif. I will definitely give minus ratings.

Denied for online booking, although given room after 45 minutes of waiting Room wasn't clean specially washroom. Fan was making ringing noise. Receptionist was a complete douchebag. Although the room was quite big and airy so giving 2 star for that. Near the hotel some good restaurants were there so location is good.

Rooms are trash and toilet is very dirty with spits of people. Beds are with stains. Pillows are Torn and if you bath in this hotel you m of the get more dirty than ever. Come here to waste money and time.

Bedsheets were so dirty and smelly rooms/ baths, they don't care even if you highlight these issues. Suggest not to go. These are for 1-2 hours OYO rooms not for family.

"Fraud hotels" And fake promises. Pahle online booking confirm karte ho. Customer jab hotel pahuchta hai to room available na hone ka bahana kar k same room ko dusri category ka bata kar 3guna charge karte ho.

Fraud..👎🏻 They will accept your booking first and when you reach there they says k room available nahi hai. And then you have to pay extra for other category room. OYO pr fake ratings hai inki so don't believe. If you want to know the truth please check negative reviews of this hotel on oyo app you will understand. Ye inka jyada profit kamane ka business model hai. And please mark my review as helpful so other people can know the truth easily

They are really unprofessional, they don't want you to book online, they easily give you excuses. MY EXPERIENCE- When I book this online the booking was confirmed and my payment was also done but when i reached their they said they don't allow local and said to me "book it offline I'll give you discount and give me his hotel card and phone number also" I've WhatsApp chat with him also he is really unprofessional man.

Do NOT book this hotel by looking at the ratings on OYO All ratings are fake. There was no one at the counter at check-in. Check-in was done by telephonic conversation. Told complimentary check in from 10:00 to 12:00 and later 30% was charged and veg thali in dinner was booked at the time of booking in which I was given vegetable roti and khichdi. Worst service I have received from OYO in my life.
