Zero stars for the Ghaziabad branch. The staff is very arrogant and not responds at all, if one tries to negotiate a little, all they say is, take your goods away and get booked from someone else. They never release LR on immediate basis, day one we send goods, day two we send someone to pick LR. We get nightmares whenever a customer says he needs goods from VRL. One of the worst transport branch experience that we have. They have decent transportation services, but Ghaziabad branch is pathetic
