Extremely bad customer service. Very rude service agents. I had very good experience with DTDC in other metro cities. But here in Faizabad it all changes. My delivery address is exactly 1.5km from city center marker. They are situated about 7km on the other side of the marker. They constantly refuse to deliver packages and if insisted upon, they are frequently known to misbehave. I personally requested my business partners to avoid using DTDC when sending items to me.
