They didn't even deserve a single star. I went to take courier service to send original documents like passport and degree certificate to Mumbai. The guy(photo attached) working there suggested to send the documents through Shree Anjani courier services. The documents were delivered on next day but it was delivered in a small Zomato box and all the original documents were folded and twisted. I complained to their Ahmedabad office but they didn't responded properly. Very unprofessional service with no customer complaint service. My review is for the Shree Anjani courier services, other services provided by this courier office might be different.

The owner at this shop names Nagraj is very rude and really not representing the DTDC brand. He seems to be frustrated guy and have spoken very rude. This guy has this store near big bazar. To his help a old man he seems to be his father. This guy need good lesson on how to handle the courier business and how to deliver packages and find addresses. I have seen multiple time people call from a place n ask us to come out to find them. Worst experience. This guys should be lessened !!
