DTDC (in other locations) accepts to deliver the parcel, but these Lonavla guys don't actually do delivery. They call you to the DTDC Lonavla office to pick up your parcel. They have the cheek to tell you that they are still looking out for a delivery person. Absolutely pathetic service.

Pathetic, horrible service of Dtdc Lonavala. They don't even deliver to the address, instead they call and tell us to come & pick the package. What kind of courier service is this ?? It is scam when you charge money for the service and does not even deliver to the address. Very disappointed and the worst experience . Everyone has been giving the same feedback of non -delivery to the address, but seems the concerned people have no interest in bringing the system to right place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Oh stupid children, if home delivery is not possible then don't take the parcel, stop this business of cheating people. My experience with DTDC has always been bad. These DTDC couriers say that they do home delivery of parcels but actually they call their offices to collect the parcels by showing that they are out of service aria. This bigoted DTDC courier service has now come to Lonavala to waste people's time, money and effort.
