Staff behaviour was good. The manager is so calm that he was providing every detail which you need if you are doing this courier thing for the first time. 2.5 % of your item price. Insurance. Packing price. Note if you have E Bill for the item over 100k then you can courier otherwise not.

Absolutely third rate service. They are yet to deliver a package on 27th evening that was picked from Gurugram on October 20, 2022. I raised a query on net, then made a call in the morning. They picked up the phone after 8 minutes. informed that they have noted the details. When I called in the evening the new fellow said there is no noting in the record for early delivery. And the package had arrived at Bhopal on 26th morning at 2am! Two days are not enough for a 30 minutes distance.

DTDC Courier and Cargo is nice for fastest courier delivery based on the option you choose for delivery. I didn’t knew about this place as it was not even reflecting in maps as well as nearest to my locality, but after few efforts I found it and corrected in maps as well. I hope the person who really want DTDC service can reach to this place with right direction.
