The most worst experience of such a big organization, material reached from Mumbai to jamshedpur within 5 days but from jamshedpur to jamshedpur 6 km journey is not completed after 6 days , I never suggest to go with Indian worst courier service

They did not deliver my consignment for two days even after it was showing out for delivery. When I called the customer care, they just raised complaints and did nothing else. They did not even give me the contact number of any person in this branch saying they are not authorised to give numbers. Most unprofessional courier service I have ever experienced. If there was an option of giving them zero stars, I would have them so.

The service is good. They came at the address itself to pick up the parcel nd provided with every necessary arrangements for the parcel. Good experience. But the parcel had to reach the destination a liitle quicker.
