I have ordered my product on Friday 13 January and the delivery date was 19 but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening plz improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is #nyk[protected] and awb is #[protected] today is showing ofd lock applied plz resolve my prob i need my product as soon as possible

Worst courier service, my courier got struck at office for last 20days,if we go directly they say like we will deliver it, but they won't contact u again.for contacting we don't have any of their number, so many times informed to delivery boys about my courier,they simply say I will inform in office.

One of the worst service The delivery boy called me once i told him that I'll take it next day and he didn't even come to my area next day and at night he called me telling that my mobile is out of service in morning and he is repeating it for several days I daily receive the out for delivery message with delivery code and he won't contact me It will shows me the delivery was unsuccessful I wonder if they get paid extra for multiple delivery attempts Because of these people we hate the shopping site while the people in wrong here is courier service

Pathetic service they don't contact you once and ask for an OTP it doesn't matter if there is a teahnical issue with them it's always the customer's fault and they have 2 more attempts that clearly they don't care or contact you and send an mail to the customers that the delivery was attempted but failed and keep this procedure till your order returns to the seller.
