All the employees here are of their mind, if it comes to their mind, then they do someone's work, otherwise they don't. The system here is completely corrupt, no one talks properly and neither gives correct information. The government has given so many facilities to these people to serve the public, but they are not servants, they remain owners and do not talk to any customer properly, due to which the customer i.e. the resident goes away sad, but they have no effect. It doesn't matter that the government collects public money in the form of tax and gives it to these people as salary and these people enjoy themselves, I once went here for KYC with two of my friends and came back after seeing their attitude. These people are absolutely poison, they don't listen to anyone
