A parcel had reached their office in Bhopal on 27 August 2023. It has not been delivered to me in Aerocity till 31Aug 2023 stating that the area cannot be serviced. How can an area which is 1.5 km from Bhopal Airport not be serviced, specially when all other couriers, as well as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio etc. are delivering there. It is a ploy to harass customers and cover DTDC's inadequacies. Please don't take services of DTDC for Bhopal.
