Well! It was a horrendous experience. The courier person called me and says "Sir aapka parcel aaya hai" and naturally my reply was yes please come I'm home. The next sentence shocked me " Sir aapke yahan delivery nahin dete, aapko chhaiye toh leke jao". This was ultimate. Because he made it sound like he's doing me a favor my giving me my package. The address details are amazingly vague , he refused to send me location on WhatsApp. So yeah it took me a while to reach them. Utterly government way to run a private courier service and contrary to the name, they are not at all professional 😂.

They should change the name to cheater couriers. Being near to my house I usually go here first but the guy here always gives lame excuses that it should be booked in Urgent that is EXPENSIVE booking. Even the Bluedart don't charge this much. Try to avoid this and use reputed services from others. (Have never faced such issue with their Ulhasnagar Branch)

I had couriered medical documents. For urgent delivery they had taken Rs. 350 and also they denied to deliver as normal courier. If u do urgent then it will reach in one day. But IT REACHED AFTER 3 DAYS.
