Never ever choose popsk Pathanamthitta for any kind of services. Worst service in the whole state.i was called in one hour after my allotted appointment time.and after the front desk I waited hours and hours to be called to next desk.. I skipped the lunch..i skipped going to toilet..as we can't predict when they will call us.. The officers are very very arrogant also..if we are not there when being called,our application is kept the last again ,,so we can't even go for a pee. The officers went for lunch ..again making us wait. It's not only my story . people who came early morning are also waiting till afternoon to get services done. Worst service ever received

Very small set up with less facilities. First the positives.. Passport Officer and Staff are co-operative. Once you are called they will finish off the process very fast. But one need to know the problems also before taking an appointment here. The main issue is parking. No parking space available in near vicinity. You have to search around the area to get a little space. Very small office area therefore less chairs are placed inside and outside the office, due to which most people are left standing. Working with minimum staff and hence there are related issues, waiting for your turn.

Post Office & Passport Seva Kendra Pathanamthitta Experienced top-class customer service at PO&PSKP during my visit for my parents’ passport renewal. To start with I must say without apprehension that despite the small milieu, the people around us were very friendly and passionate about what they were doing to ensure that we get the best of experiences that are truly encouraging and rewarding. Right from the point of appointment schedule, to verification of documents followed by a photo session, to the approval stage it was done with finesse. Two points I need to highlight: First, It is really difficult to make older parents sit for a photo session, there were many takes and retakes and it was really fascinating and unsurpassed to see the lady at the counter with the same precision and exuberance with no sign of discomfort. Then, when we reached the final submission where the officer concerned spotted an error in the form and I was really crestfallen thinking that I have to redo everything on another day. However, he referred me to a different section where the mistake was rectified post-haste and without any hiccups. It was a cherry on the top. It reminded me of how well some government departments coordinate and work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for their customers. All together it just took 30 minutes for the whole process. We were truly delighted and had an enriching experience. May God bless you all!!

Visited this office two days back. Would like to give 5 stars, only due to the staff/officials of the passport office, though the infrastructure is not up to the mark. There's absolutely no parking space available. Instead of all these, it was a warm and pleasing experience. Staff is so helpful and supportive that it was hard to believe that it's a Govt. Office. With such highly professional and polite employees, ambiance of any office can wonderfully be transformed to a pleasing one. Kudos tot the team💯💯✌🏼

Just ok..The main issue I faced there is lag of appointment time from scheduled time slot..I wait nearly extra 3 hours spend for my turn from my scheduled time...There is limited chairs for customers in outside..Parking also main problem..so I suggest bike or scooter to reach the seva office..otherwise you travel extra to find car parking...And also took main IDs and other forms copies..otherwise it will take from opposite side shop..but it found that too costly..After we got our turn then process will comparatively faster ..from nearly 1 hour our full process completed..Staffs also customer friendly...

Worst experience. First time am contact the Pathanamthitta office for some urgent enquiry but they don't have the patience to hear my doubts fully and before I completing my query he cut the call. Again I tried to clear out my doubts once again he did the same. Such a bad experience from there I have experienced. The only complaint I have is about the wait time till you are called to meet with the passport officers. My appointment time was 12:30 and I only got in at 2:30. But the staff is extremely professional and very polite. Quite rare in our Indian bureaucracy. Once in my application was processed very quickly. Parking is not available at the location unless you have a two wheeler. You can park close by at the old bus stand.
