Worst experience ever. At Hyderabad I received 3 to 4 times envelopes from Vijayawada during the last 6 months. On all occasions I received by 5 days delay, that too only after my enquiries about the delay. No accountability/no time sense at all. Fed up indeed. Your Hyderabad staff (lady) say delay was due to shortage of delivery boys. Then what would be the fun of taking feedback?
