The manager is very unprofessional and rude towards the customers, probably due to the reason that he is the sole DHL and Fedex services runner in Neemuch. You can't ask him questions if you want to know something, you can't enquire him if you didn't understand anything because he will throw you parcel right on your face if you do so.
