On 17 Aug evening send one important document send to belgao ,on duty person assured me tomorrow by 11 :00am definitely reached. But next day curiour service denied and not giving proper reply and telling to contact kolhapur office, kolhapur office different lady replied its not possible to reach by 11:00 .my brother went to curiour office in belgao 3 times because of this misguiding. Very poor service,I never use in future
