I placed an order from Decathlon unfortunately they chose ecom express, and it came to Srikakulam on Sunday, I'm writing this on Wednesday, I've been to their office 3 times already, one guy took my number and said he can't locate the package and will call me back and it never happened, and the next day other guy said come in another hour, i even got a message saying my package will be delivered today, i called the delivery boy few times and he didn't lift it, he called me back and said will deliver in the evening.. Now his phone is not connecting apparently the pin is changed, it's not delivered even today.. If they can't deliver, and if they can't give me my package which is prepaid even when i go to their office, what is the point of this place existence?

if the delivery package is cash on delivery it delivers it in on,-time if the delivery package is prepaid then the package will not be delivered by the delivery boys and sent a message like it delivered

Worst service I never seen in my life,the thing is ecom express woner himself is saying that they will not deliver the products to the customers, customers have to come and pick the shipment, how can a customer do this without information, after a week after my actual delivery date i went and collected my product, even then he asked me to come again after 2 hours that he need time to pick out the product.
