Didn’t deliver the parcel didn’t even call and end of the day updating that customer refused to accept delivery. Very poor service and above all don’t hv the curtesy to receive the call. Also, it takes extra 8-10 days to LOCK RTO after customer refuses; Waste of extra time in managing RTO, tracking payments, re-addition of RTO. Open file description locks are useful in the same sorts of situations as process- associated locks. Answer
