Unprofessional and ridiculous service. For a parcel sent using their PRO service, according to their tarrif, the charges should have been 300 rupees. But, I was asked to pay 800 rupees. And the explanation given was, they do not follow their tarrif and set the price on their own. As usual, manager was unavailable to address the concerns I raised. Pathetic...👎👎👎

They don't have delivery boy it seems. They are not actually going to customer's address and delivering, instead changing the status to delivered in tracking system and asking the customer to come and receive. I don't know then why they are calling as Professional Couriers. Worst customer service. I would not like to send/receive anything through Professional courier. I would not recommend to any one.
