Worst experience from ST courier, kanchipuram. Parcel as been reached 3 days before and courier person refused to deliver the parcel on door step today and took it back. Bad customer service experience. Courier person refused to deliver door step and in system they have updated address not found. Raised complain and see How they have handled the issue in the system. Attaching the screenshot of it. Bad courier service in kanchipuram. Don't opt for it.

Customer response is good,if u search in map (St.courier kancheepuram )the show map is not the correct location ,St courier admin must be edit the places at correct location,.I found the doesn't exist St courier this is my obligations,and ennakaran street had a St courier office that was booking place...kindly the admin of St courier must edit the location on map to find easy way
