Pathetic service. It's a scam. I sincerely believe the guy there is a thief. Other people were complaining too. Don't waste your time with the people here! The DHL outlet at mall road is legitimate. Go there instead. The staff here were rude and dismissive. They also kept calling their friends in between and also allowed random people to cut in line. Didn't let them get their hands on my package!
