Toranagallu Courier office people are not delivering the courier to door delivery, asking us to come and collect. What's the use of this Service, these courier people had called me thrice to four times a day to come and take the product, instead of checking and arranging the person to deliver the product, that too not remote area or village, it is a well-known JSW Vidyanagar township area. In last two months i had received three DTDC couriers door delivery, but this "Professional Couriers" people are not even responding properly also. After 4 days i only had to go and collect the courier from their office. Very worst service in this area. Better not to opt this service

Ironically, the professional couriers is the most unprofessional courier service I have ever been to. This place looks like a junkyard. No home delivery. My courier reached the station but they didn't even call me for pickup. Even though the tracking shows courier reached, they are unable to deliver it. I even searched myself and couldn't find it. I will have to lodge a compliant now.

This is third time I had verbal fight with professional courier guy at toranagallu , they don't inform about consignment, don't deliver at door, don't respond properly when we visit their counter, very rude and worst service, we need to stand more than 35-40 minutes, they ll search , if they found ok, otherwise no use, no proper response they give, always ready to fight, for anything and everything they give reason, corona, manpower, too much work etc etc, no proper keeping work, mixing all consignment and searching. Waste of every one's valuable time. My consignment delivery 3 days back. Still m searching for it.

Very very unprofessional service don't even come near to their name's meaning. May be due to their unprofessional delivery boys their delivery is not up to the mark. The office was earlier at toranagallu village, now its shifted near to bharat petroleum bunk. Location is bit inside from main road, no much parking space. But the office is better than their previous office. Hope they change and update their work style. Staffs are good in behavior.

Morons are sitting in this office. And pathetic service. Sometimes they say courier not reached even in track showing reached. And sometimes they will deliver the courier after five months. And some of showing delivered in track status. But these peoples say we don't know. And never call or deliver the parcels/courier. It is my own experience, seriously don't go for this unprofessional courier. Totally very bad and worst in Toranagallu. Best service I found in Toranagallu is DTDC/First flight.
