Very good to see the improvement since my last visit 1.5 yrs ago.. However some staff personnel are behaving rudely and not helping customers. Most of the times they refuse to send any parcel if you need to return the parcel to any e-commerce website. They keep asking this Postoffice is not for these things. Making excuses printer is not working. Server is down etc etc. A lot needed to make it worth. Hope the senior authority will look into this bad behaviour of staff personnel to make it people friendly

The idea to setup post office at very good location exactly where all other financial institutions like SBI and JK Bank including various ATMs are there as good for general public to get the facilities there.
