Worst experience ever. Wonder about Flipkart how they can deliver their products through these kind of unprofessional people. My product has been reached their warehouse at 28/09/2022 even before the delivery date i.e 02/10/2022. They are taking my product as out of delivery in everyday and cancel the order as I am not available for delivery without contacting me and not delivered even after the delivery date. Finally I cancelled my order. I suggesting the online buyers to cancel their orders if you are assured about your products are coming through these unprofessional people without wasting your valuable time

Lack of warehouse space and infrastructure. No landline or mobile number to contact Ecom , also it's not situated inside the city, far away from payyanur town. But the Ecom workers behaviour towards the customer is appreciable. They are very happy to help if you went to their office. They kept all the consignments and courires in a small rented room. So it's very diffcult to sort the consignments on time. That's why they always delaying delivery. Sometimes it take 1 or two weeks to deliver the product u orders even if the product already reach in PAYYANUR. I'm giving atleast 3 star because of the employees good behaviour towards the customer. If the franchisee own this ECOM OFFICE see this comment please provide better infrastructure and workplace for ur employees. They are always keen to help customers but ur office workplace not allowing them.

With hope of getting fast and prompt delivery I have taken the Amazon’s prime membership . But the courier boys of your taliparamba which is near to my house I felt pathetic for myself. Without coming and delivering the item they will simply returned the item saying “ delivery attempted customer not there”. Being a senior citizen and during this pandemic period I am not stepping out of my house.you please stop this courier service and don’t tarnish the name of Amazon

They don't deliver products to home. I ordered a product on Amazon which was supposed to be delivered at my doorstep. But they called me and told me to go to their warehouse and collect the item. It is quite an inconvenience. Their warehouse is in an area that is hard to find.

very worst service based on my experience I had to visit their office & sometime 5-15 KM far to collect the delivery as they said they cant come to my location because there are limited order Also if we couldn’t connect the first call due to network issues or some other personal reason, they return the items & mark customer asked for re schedule delivery date without further calls 3 times I got the item with damaged package as well
