I am a regular customer of Blue Dart Courier....And Rating it a four star....One star minus just because of Very high courier charges. For little tiny things this courier charges Rs.200 to 250 as a Starting price! Which is not very nice...I can not even send my customers something cheap or affordable in time just bcz blue dart charges everything so high. But other than the price matter Service is topnotch.All the stuffs are very well trained and polite. So for secure and fastest delivery Always go for Blue Dart blindly.

It is the worst delivery service. There is no contact of the person with whom you can contact. They also donot deliver item in your selected time if it is missed once.

One of the worst courier company. I sent a shipment on 4th Nov to Varanasi to be delivered on 7th Nov ( according to company). When i checked online on 8th Nov it was saying delivered. But when i called Reciever it was actually not delivered. Same thing happened on 9th Nov too. I called customer care and they also said the same. I don't know if they are sending the shipment or not. Worst service. Never again.
