Worst service. They won't respond for calls and not even deliver the courier. Just keep courier with them and do time pass and even respond if we visit the warehouse to collect our courier. I personally went to warehouse to collect my courier they didn't respond for long time and later told to wait 5 hrs outside of warehouse.

Very bad irresponsible workers. They do not work after 1pm even the office is opened till 5pm, the courier boy not work after 1pm, he simply say I am not coming you go to office and collect the parcel, when we are not available to him at the time of call. Once I am not available to them on the time they call, They left my parcel in the office and my self had to go to the office and has to take my order from that office. It repeated for two times... Delhivery is very better than this ecom service..
