My consignment was delivered to some other person. It has been 7 months. Still they haven't got back my parcel. The parcel contained a birthday gift from my mother. Feel extremely sad because of their irresponsive nature. It is their job to retrieve my parcel back and give me. They haven't made a single attempt to go to the wrongly delivered address, to get my parcel back. It can also be they have looted it together. From the way they converse, it appears they don't take this as an issue at all. Terrible service.

Worst courier I have ever seen. Not responding properly. Tracking says, it has been delivered 2 days back. When I called the Trichy, Thillai Nagar office, they are informing that I will receive them in a day or two.

Actually I shud not give even one star very very irresponsible.They won't provide parcel on due date. I myself went to the office. They didn't attend my call too.no information. Wen asked for the reason they are saying slept off??? Is this a reason.???What are they doing.. And the ppl over here say no job no job blaming d govt. Given d jobs they are sleeping... We customers facing troubles. Hello it was not ur service who attended my call.. It was customer excutive from Mg road North and place where I have ordered from Indore they helped me.. And sent me ur address. And ur people didn't even attend my call.I called at evenings for 3 days.. Oh they will be sleeping in the evenings too?? And it's ur responsibility to inform customer that the product can't be delivered to a particular zone..pls accept ur terrible mistake.its actually they didn't apologize too for not informing.. He said it wil be delievered on Monday. so we were waiting since it was Wednesday and I didn't get I myself went and then said it can't be delivered in ur zone. Very sry rude responses I got and it is irresponsible.
