In website it will show that application receipt is no longer required sms is enough, but you must carry the Application receipt xerox where you need to sign on that and it is mandatory here .

Co-operated workers.They are doing great job.5 stars for the services. My appointment was at 9.45 AM and there was a document called SSC Certificate, was not attested by the school principle or director or HOD of the department. It was attested by Government Officer ( Hospital ), was not accepted by POPSK. They said, it must to be attested by the school principle or director or HOD of your department. I requested them to resubmit my SSC Certificate with attested.They accepted my request and again i showed and submitted it to them and finally, all documents verification has been done successfully. I have not visited yet, but wanted to share information (In the passport website we will see "POPSK Warangal" but actual location is Hanamakonda. So dont worry.) My application is Passport Renewal so when I am filling application online I was confused and not sure if I need to select Warangal or not ,because google says Hanamakonda. I verified and its correct location for Renewal. (Am not sure about other application types).

My brother has recently opened an account in this place and I have seen that the service is quite fast and easy. Even though the pspk is small the service is fast and he got his passport just within a week after police verification. The pspk is just opposite to the amedkar statue or beside the bsnl office and post office hanamkonda

by far the worst passport office ever. they dont have the common sense to understand what is stated on the website. when the website specifically states the documents needed they dont need that , they need new things like attested memo of ssc from principal. They dont consider your pan card or aadhar or any other document stated in the website at all.And they have audacity to ask who asked you to bring these documents. they will only consider SSC memo like its a holy book. these people are unprofessional and they dont listen to the customer at all. Next time i should consider vising Hyderabad RPO to get the passport .
