Delivery man by name MANU PAWAN is worst. Gives the worst service. He is very rude. Doesn't answer the calls. Disconnects when called back. Purposefully asked us to collect the parcel by ourselves. Very much disappointed.

This famous courier office is situated in a prominent, busy, densely populated, residential area. But, the office is too small and staff are squeezing into the room. The service is very very poor. Staff are rude, unfriendly and frustrating mood of working. The concerned authority should upgrade the office and train the staff.
