As like most goverment offices , you may find people out of seat at times but in overall experience the staff is very cooperative & the passport office is very sysyematic & hassle free. Parcel sending speed posts etc are fine & you get plenty of parking space too around the area.

I recently went there for addhar card update. Facilities are good ( cleaning +cool water and toilet+ free parking) and further fans running speed quite good during summer. Seating facilities are awesome .there are token facilities for updated otherwise directly go to counter. I came out after 40 minutes of process including ( 25 minutes wait for getting no. Regarding work) . I think more person need regarding services.
