NOT RELIABLE, NOT AT ALL QUICK. BUT, DEFINITELY PROMPT TO ASK FOR MONEY. I couriered food products, with a confirmed delivery of 2 days, only after checking with the manager at the desk. Its been 6 days that the courier is still stuck in transit. And the manager has no clue what is happening and where the parcel is.!!! They accept couriers but never deliver to the final location. Always ask for the parcels to be picked up from their sorting hub despite charging a full delivery fee. NEVER EVER make the mistake of using them. Pay a little more for Blue Dart and enjoy your peace of mind.
