Remote delivery needs to be improved. When parcels came in above 5kg for remote villages, they are asking us to come and collect personally. Removing this hurdle may rise professional courier reputation atleast don't accept such parcels while booking or let them know you are not door delivering it. This may give good professional attitude of professional courier. Booking and not delivering is like a cheating.
