To my surprise 😀, it is more of an anutie's home than a passport office. Appointees encircle the passport officer like populace surrounds a charmer. Moreover, I am surprised 😯 about the staff. Apparently, I see only 2 employees are here and one of them is completely dormant, she even does not care anything with trust me smile 😁😁😁😁, however, another one is handling all the work single-handedly. What an amazing visit 😁😁😁😁

As compared to Bhopal and Indore, personally I feel for friendly people in devas passport Seva Kendra. They gives the priority to senior citizens and minor this is the best. Process is also very fast, keep it good work 👏

Staff management is very poor and they don't have know how to talk with a person visiting there.. Misleading persons who are visiting there for passport verification. Goverment should take steps to give skills to this kind of staff members...

I went there for my friend fresh passport And the time of appointment was 12.15 pm and staff took more than hour to verify and process. Facilities needs to be improved ,no security here,no one checked until she gave her appointment confirmation to desk! No air conditioner there! No digital screenboards! Small waiting area ! Only 2 desk and 2 staff members was there !
