Worst service and support. Just wanted to share you with all. We have got parcels booked on 20/01/2023 from cotton creations Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600021 to Kodaikanal and it has been delivered on 21/01/2023. But parcels were tempered and 3 nighties and 1 saree were stolen. We immediately complained to the ST Courier office in Kodaikanal and Cotton Creations. Cotton creation also complained about this to the Old washermenpet ST Courier office. We were following the ST Courier office in Kodaikanal and Washermenpet, none of them responding properly.

They say they will deliver within 1 km range of their center. Ever heard of this? Everytime, they have the audacity to call and ask us to pick up from their office. Why would I need I couier then?
