Poor team, Senior officer dictates customers. Bad experience. I have Used services for an very important consignment contated Govindpura Bhopal office(Number is of delivery executive displayed on tracking site), who again redirected to Regional Manager (Mr.Preteek Sahu) who asked to send tracking (shipment No.)details by whatsapp (the number isn't on WhatsApp)when I have sms the tracking number, and tried to connect he disconnected call thrice, finally attended and asked who gave you my number ....pathetic call response
