Very poor in delivery. This delivery guy is rude. I think he should have been in jail for mishandling the customer items. Do not order anything from Flipkart, Amazon. This delivery person is acting like he is boss for us. This dash person is asking me to come and collect my shipment in his office and he will keep the money for delivery charges. Instead this act he can beg each house at Kovilpatti.

This is karthick pothiraj,I ordered two products on the same day,I received one product 26 th June, the another one is delivered on 27th June its mentioned on ajio app,the second product was not delivered,the delivery person called me 12 50 pm today June 28th I attended the phone call from the other end no voice can be heard,I try to get that same number again it's not responsive.And I called which they gave executive number with pin the same number also is not responsive. So they delivery person don't want to deliver my order with my correct address of first think.they think customers are mad The second think is he wants to make a call for drama.its like automated call. After they update status I will attached the call history given below only 24 seconds time during the call without conversation I am not even expect this kind of issue from your end. I tried so many times to get the courier guy but no one answers. I registered the complaint In ecom express customer care as well,they said it will be regular to arrange within 24 hours. I visited ecom express office and get the order today they said ,in very first day of delivery we try to deliver it ,is it not picked up by first day they said remaining days the won't deliver because of lot of orders they have this statement I received from collection hub
