Worst delivery service. Worst delivery service I've come across. They make one call, and by chance if we aren't able to attend it, they reschedule it themselves and never come back. They send back the parcel. The customer care service is also the same, they just say they'll ensure that the product is delivered. Also, they're supposed to send a message containing the pin number so that we can contact them, they don't even do that.

This courier is good in different districts like hubli bijapur and belgaum etc. In shimoga it is not properly handled by there staffs. My parcel came to there office 2 days before but they don't deliver it. I my self gone n collected. Irresponsible staffs. Need to change them by ecom expesss team.
