Such a bad experience from executive. They not Even contact before delivery and coming with the reply that since they know home. They come directly. But i was not available when they reached. So they didn't deliver the product and not even giving response when they can deliver. No contact number provided.

If there was an option to give zero star then I would have given that, I dont know why Amazon deals with such unprofessional people. They returned my Item saying that they have attempted delivery without even contacting me, when I contacted their customer care each day they told that it is not a problem the item would be delivered the next day and finally the item got returned. So Ecom Express if you can't do your job then stop cheating people and stop doing this business, you are not capable of doing this business, you are a fake company run by illiterate and useless people

Am experiencing a terrible service from this agent they did not made any calls yesterday 30th October 2020 and I got a message saying that we tried calling you and the call was not responded!!!!! these people are liers.... his is not the first time whenever i ordered and the delivery coming through this agent I haven't received it is almost 4 delivery's... I have no idea why amazon is not taking any action on them....

Above mentioned all reviews are true. If there’s something else for star rating I should go for it. These guys never contact the person for delivery and end of the day they mention in amazon delivery attempted,person not available and returning the product to the seller. My order came for a delivery and they hold it for a week and never tried to deliver me and returned to the seller.

My Package has been Returned to Origin (RTO) without even trying for delivering the package. They contacted me on the day when the package was scanned there and asked whether that package is needed to be delivered or not. I told them the package is important and needed to be delivered. The response was, it'll be delivered tomorrow & updated the status as I requested for future delivery. Didn't even contacted me afther that. Now the package is showing its status as RTO. These guys are really worst in deliveries. Really Pathetic Service. My AWB:-421414962.

Very bad Service they have got ,Is that a courier Service or Prank Office..First of all they lie a lot saying they called up and know one picked up the call where there won't be a single miss call on the customers phone.my tracking history showing that my item arrived the VELLARIKUNDU Ecom office at 5th Jan 2020.Finally today i got a message from delivery boy our product is out for delivery .When I called them today they told me they can't come today tommorow try to give you they guyz are speaking roughly to me. my delivery location is cherupuzha Its only 22 km away from their office.After 10 days , they have not yet been able to deliver our product. the biggest comedies is their is no possiblity to contact the entire ecom express branches. I wish all E-commerce websites stop delivery Partnership with them.

Very bad service, Reached item to Vallarikund from hyderabad in 2 days and After that it took 3 days now and still in Vellarikund ( Reason was heavy rain in this area, as showing in tracking system, But we didn't feel that in real, Only in online).
