We had very high hopes when we chose VRL to transport stuff . Sorry to say . Very poor service by VRL pondicherry. Till the time advance amount was credited to their account, they kept chasing up fastest . After that , they didn’t pick up calls and didn’t respond for 2-3 days . When the call was picked up after trying many times, the staff lady said we aren’t here to keep attending to your calls only. Till now , they haven’t taken any action . Please avoid this agency

Not giving proper communication to the customers about the consignment reached in order to claim huge demmurage charges from the customers. Have to take legal action against the irresponsible money minded staffs.
