Quite bad and other maintenance of portal and staffs are quite defective like you can't this is not secure hotel maintenance aap khud karo Aur dhamkate bhi hain charge if we are talking about the charge I after booking from the OU I have to 200 extra which is faltu ka Paisa right and rooms doesn't have watched washroom that room number is 301 and later on if I am coming on the part of another things to this room is total according to you because this I don't think this is the hijack the things which I am really feel hotel mein light ki issues hoti hai aur bhi bahut sari problems Hain is not going to help you

Absolutely the worst experience. Some key points: 1. They denied my booking from OYO and kept me waiting for hours to get a room. 2. The receptionist was rude and gave reviews from himself while checking booking from my phone. 3. No care for hygiene in the rooms. 4. Basic amenities like soaps, shampoo were absent.

It's a 400 Rs/room being sold for way much more. Indian toilet. No hot water facility in the room we were given for 900. Toilet shares air space with neighbouring room. So you get the stink from your neighbor's room. It was apparently only 20 days old when we got. But the room walls were already wet. Refer pictures for the ridiculousness of this thing. Then the attitude of the person who is at the reception. Oh and icing on the cake: we booked it through OYO and they refused our check in because we had paid online. We had to call Oyo several times and only when they threatened to take them down from they site, did they allow check in. Disgusting place
