First time iam trying for a gov post service its totally disappointing me. Worst service and the employees who are working there is very smart pepole by getting job and close the counters and just act they are busy with other work just by sitting as group.

Why 9am to 5pm timings when you guys close the counters at 12:30 pm and never open rest of the day? Here people are too lazy to work , they don't respond to the requests at all, one person told me today if you want your work to be done come in the morning, I am not free in the morning and he said free yourself 😡, they don't work after lunch break, they are sitting in ac rooms enjoying YouTube videos and talking to each other, Why government is not taking any actions against them?.......... WORESTEST SERVICE EVER.

These lazy staff closes counters for customers whenever they want. The mentioned timings 9am - 5 pm are fake, they don't follow it.They closess at 1 pm and never allows afternoon also. So why govt gives them full days salary instead of half. Staff also so arrogant.
