Even 1 star is over rating for this delivery centre and delivery agency. They kept my parcel for 10 days even after reaching Channagiri centre for delivery. They were just giving reasons like customer was not available, customer is out of station, customer wanted delivery at future date etc, etc even without trying to contact me atleast once. After 10days, I only went to this delivery center, they told me to give OTP and go, they will give product tomorrow. Such a bad pathetic experience.
