Worst service ever, they are continuously updating as delivered without even attempting delivery. This is happening repeatedly with my packages and few times they delivered the next day. Never trust them, I even complained in dtdc helpline, but they are showing wrong proof of delivery.

Worst delivery service . They are calling and saying we received your parcel today but delivery person is not available so some other will come tomorrow. And next day they will update location not found , without making any delivery attempt or call. And next day they will update "customer refused" to take order. All fake statements!!! This office is little inside and only people who are aware about it will see it. It's very old office so they know how to serve customer. I would suggest please take care of staff first no one is wearing mask when we visited this office so request people who ever is visiting this office please wear mask and be careful.
