It's the 8th day...I hvnt recieved my courier though its lying with them n on top of it without a single attempt on their server they update tht attempt made but door locked...where the fact is 365days year round our door is never locked even for a minute...sadly dtdc headoffice callcenter also never attempts a call frm the customer to find out the facts...

Service is so so but not tell good... The courier boy did not do any efforts to find your place/home... They simply call you and ask your address instead of find the destination. If no mobile or contact number is mention on the top leaf, they do not effort to find you they simple reject and send back instead of find the address... I book only sone product and by mistake they did not mention my contact no they simply send back with the remarks incomplete address while I am booking items several times via online with the same address alongwith popular landmark but they did not do anything.... By luck I was tracking the parcel so I had to contact the dtdc and then they return to me after next day... During this they did not picking up any call on any number.... They have no solutions for your pro len you should have to solve yourself.... #wrost courier service in Modinagar.. #not picking phone calls...
