Reason you see appointment availability is not many locals use this service. This place came into existence in 2018. 2 people in the office. Lunch breaks last for longer then mentioned time. That's why Appointment times blow by an hour or longer. Not enough space to stand. It's very slow. No damn is given. Avoid if you can. Choose if you don't have any other option. Electricity was gone poor girl has to use her phone although there was backup but seems like no one cares

Very poor experience.. My appointment was 3 hours late from the time of appointment. Only a single lady is in the staff. I will not recommend for taking appointment at kullu. Sorry If I hearted anyone's feelings.

Poor hospitality by the indian post office passport sewa kendra kullu... Officials are enjoying meal more than their break time i am waiting here from last 1 hour and still there is no official in the their office.....
