Worst ever courier service. If you are a person who is sending parcel outside TN please please don't choose professional. They are very unprofessional. Their service is very poor. We don't know why they have customer care. They don't care about anything you ask. They don't have ethics and how to talk with customer. We sent one medicine from tirunelveli to outside Tn. Too much of delay. Its been more than one week. If you're in urgency please choose some other service . don't go with professional courier. Otherwise you will get fed-up for sure. Most importantly they won't pick your call.

A courier company responsibility does not stop with sending the parcel to the right city on time , but also delivering it to home. My parcel reached the destination city on time and after that i have to go to the destination city office myself to collect the parcel. No proper response from anyone. If you are sending any courier outside of the TN state and if it is above 250gm, please dont choose professional courier. Better go for some other reputed places.
