Even one star has a very high rating. Do not use this worst courier service. You will never see such bad and worst service. Office staff and customer care and delivery staff are all very rude and have no proper response. Irresponsible customer care service. I suffered badly.

Very worst service. My dad couriered me important medicines via a same day delivery service from Puliangudi to Madurai. Day 2 today till now I haven’t received those medicines and also st courier Puliangudi didn’t give my dad the AWB number for tracking till now. Their contact number present in Google is not reachable. Also tried to contact ST courier general customer care service that is also not reachable. I do not recommend this courier service in Puliangudi. Stay away.
