This is a fake service in the name of Ecom express that's running a scam. They ask you to pay a small amount over a shady online portal. The office location shown also doesn't have anything there. Please avoid paying anything online to these scammers.

Worst ever courier service. Morning will receive out for delivery message and at night will receive undelivered. For 3 days i am receiving this message and my product is not yet delivered. No one has tried contacting me or came to my delivery adress. Even i am not receiving the delivery agent no. Other wise i would have contacted him.

Adding to the slew of 1 star reviews here. It's all true. They have no real customer service. All their contact numbers are dead ends. They seemingly make decisions themselves without ever contacting you, leaving the shipment undelivered for days on end. I've never had a courier service not even bother contacting me before sending a message saying that the shipment couldn't be delivered as "address was unlocatable" or "no one was at the address" Sleazy people making sleazy excuses and creating an over all terrible experience for everyone involved. Absolutely would not recommend. Easily the most frustrating experience I've had online shopping. 0/10

Mot worst experiencei had ever experienced. Delivery agent called me and ask to wait for 5 mins and after 4 hours he didn't picked call , as well he blocked my call after 2 3 attempt. No address in Google oo contact number nothing. Never ever use these kind of service at any cost.

Horrible and worst courier in Trivandrum. There has been many instances of poor delivery, holding parcels for weeks and, make us raise a complaint to the seller and courier company. It is better to cancel an order straight away if it seems to be send via ECom. Why should we pay our money, and carry the headache from this courier. Let the seller lose a customer, if they are opting this courier. Tip: Also when ordering please inform seller not to send via ECom.

Never seen such irresponsible courier service like ecom express. They have the package in their hub on September 20, and they didn’t deliver saying address not locatable, without even trying to reach me. No use in raising customer service ticket also. Customer service responded that it will be delivered in 24- 48 hours .Even after daily follow up, it is still not delivered. today September 23rd 3 pm, I got message that item is out for delivery, but at 4 30 I get a message that item is undelivered, as their office is closed. Sellers should seriously refrain from choosing this courier service.

Since there is no option for 0 star rating am giving 1 star. Not at all responsive. Have done with my shipment on sept 20 which has to reach the destination on 25 sept. From 25th the status shows as out for delivery but the courier agents didn't even connect the customer. The customer support number is too useless. Very very poor courier service. Never ever opt ecom express as courier partners... Just waste of money, time, energy and more..

The people working over there is not at all responsible. My order has reached their office on 12th Sept its been 4 days I haven't received my order yet. Nobody from their office contacted asking for the delivery location and i am getting the message that delivery delay on customers request when i havent given any such request. I have ordered one product on 15th of july. As per the information I have received, the product already reached this hub by 24th July. But they updated in it like it will be delivered on or before 2nd Aug. But on 2nd Aug morning, it shows like, due to heavy rain fall, it will be delivered in some days. But there is no rainfall in this place.. What a poor service with idiotic guys. If they are not interested to deliver as per the customer requirement, the products should not be handed over to these team... Very irresponsible.

The parcel reached the nearest hub on 11th April. From the hub the distance of the destination is 4km. Even on 14th April, i.e., today it didn't get delivered. Further, in the tracking log they have mentioned that they have kept on hold due to customer's request--a blatant lie! Today is 23rd April and till now the parcel didn't get delivered and logged message says that the delay in delivery on customer's request! A complete fraud!
